Delivery Information


Domestic machines will be sent by courier, normally taking between 2-5 days.

Industrial sewing machines can be collected (free of charge), sent by pallet, or delivered personally. Please contact us for costs. If a pallet delivery is chosen, the pallet will be delivered to you and left at the nearest accessible point. You will be asked to sign for the delivery after which it becomes your responsibility.

Transit Damage

All items will be sent in good condition by ourselves. However, transit damage does sometimes occur. Please check all boxes and packaging for signs of transit damage and refuse delivery in this instance.  Then notify us immediately by email.

If damage is only evident when opened, please inform us within 2 days / 48 hours of receipt for a suitable solution depending on the circumstances.  Any replacements will be sent at our cost.

Returns & Cancellations

In addition to your Statutory Rights we have a Fair and Equitable cancellation policy.

You can normally cancel your purchase as long as you notify us by email within 14 days from delivery. It should be returned at your cost with the original box, all packing and accessories and any gifts included.  All returns must be insured and we can arrange this for you along with a courier service.  Refunds cannot be made until the goods have been returned and checked as outlined below.

Your purchase must be unused with all items returned in new condition.  If you wish to open the packaging to examine the item, you must do so without damaging the item or the box in any way. We recommend you open the tape with a small knife or blade, making sure you don’t tear or damage the actual box.

Faulty Goods

Domestic machines carry a full manufacturer’s warranty against manufacturing faults, materials or workmanship. This excludes domestic goods used for any commercial or paying business, either at home or elsewhere. If your goods develop a fault within 28 days of delivery, please contact us. We will endeavour to correct the issue in the first instance, or send a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on the fault. This excludes faults or damage caused by user error, accidents, or misuse.  In the first instance, please notify us and we will arrange a courier to return the goods to us at your cost. If a genuine fault is confirmed, the costs will be refunded to you.
