Returns Policy - Under the Distance Selling Regulations, if you've received goods and have simply changed your mind about purchasing them, you may return the goods to us unused, along with proof of purchase for a full credit. You must inform us if you wish to cancel as soon as possible preferably by email or by phone, giving your order details, and within 7 working days after receiving the item. Items must arrive back with us within 28 calendar days of the customer receiving delivery of the items. These 28 days are broken down into 14 days to cancel the order and 14 days after cancellation to return safely back to us. The item(s) must be returned unused. Where an item has arrived damaged in transit, the customer must inform us about this within 24 hours from receipt of the goods. Goods must be returned with all the original contents and packaging in new condition. If you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product or packaging in any way. We will not accept responsibility for the loss or damage of any product being returned by the customer, therefore we recommend you use a secure and insured parcel delivery service. Should the returning product not be in a condition to be able to be resold as new or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund, or deduct 40% of the original selling price from the refund amount. This does not affect your statutory rights. Under the Consumer Rights Act, all products, including electrical goods, must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Please contact us if you have any problems and we’ll do our best to help you. We may arrange testing of your product. Please ensure that you have read and followed any instructions before doing so, as user errors are not covered in any warranty. Your warranty will also be invalid if you attempt to repair the product yourself or with/by a third party. If you still feel that the goods are faulty, under the Consumer Rights Act you have an early right to return goods that are of unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described and get a full refund. This right is limited to 30 days from the date you took ownership of the goods. This could be the date of purchase or the date the goods were delivered to you. Whichever is the later. After the initial 30 days, you cannot demand a full refund in the first instance, but you still have the right to a repair, or a replacement for your item if it cannot be successfully repaired, as long as you have followed the terms of the warranty. Where payment has been made by credit/debit card, monies refunded can only be applied to the card which the customer used to make the original purchase. You must pay the return delivery charges (we will pay return charges for faulty or substituted items). Delivery/Collection costs will not be credited. If an item is returned to us, we have the right to deduct the packaging and postage costs from the refund back to the customer. Refunds on used items will only be accepted on faulty items if the fault cannot be successfully repaired. Opened software cannot be returned. Domestic machinery is for household use only. Refunds cannot be given if machines are used for business purposes. All items must be returned in the original packaging for full refunds to be considered. Any FREE gifts received with the product must also be returned unused.

All colours of products shown on this website are intended for use as a guide and are not guaranteed to be accurate, as we have no control as to how they will display on your computer.
Making A Purchase - Once you’ve selected the item you wish to purchase just click on the ‘add to basket’ button. When you’ve selected everything you need click on ‘checkout’ and follow the links which take you through the checkout and our secure online payment process. Most major credit and debit cards are accepted.
Shipping and Handling - Orders of £30.00 and over are shipped to mainland UK addresses FREE of charge. Smaller orders below £30.00 will carry a shipping charge of just £5.00.
Delivery Schedule - Providing the items ordered are in stock, we will normally dispatch within two working days. Please bear in mind that our offices do not operate at weekends.
Tax Charges - Prices shown in our online shop include VAT at the appropriate rate.
Credit Card Security - We use the most up-to-date and secure system available. Our secure payment gateway means that credit / debit card details cannot be viewed over the web. This system communicates between our bank and the customer’s bank or card provider, and because none of the card details are stored or downloaded, this information cannot be accessed and later used for fraud.
Product Warranty - Most of our sewing machines and overlockers come with a two years’ parts and labour warranty. This two year may be extended to up to 5 years. This option is available on the majority of models sold in the UK. Parts & accessories do not carry the two-year warranty. Reconditioned machinery will vary in terms so please request details.
